COVID-19 and Your Real Estate Course

The Governor of New Hampshire has extended the Stay At Home order to the end of May.

At this time, the state of NH law prohibits online virtual classes for the real estate broker and salesperson pre-licensing real estate training. Though, NH State Law does allow, in the case of an emergency, a total of 8 hours or two classes to be conducted via correspondence. With this stated, the NH Real Estate Commission has stated that the CoVid-19 pandemic would be considered an emergency. The Governor has not issued any emergency approval that has been requested for real estate pre-licensing classes to be taught virtually at this point in time. Though, we are hopeful this will change in the near future.

The Verani School of Real Estate currently has Class#9 and #10 available for correspondence. For any students having these two classes left to complete, please reach out to your instructor via email if you are interested. In order to complete the class #9 and class #10 correspondence requirements, all accompanying material must be coordinated with your current instructor at the following email addresses:

Monika@veranischoolofrealestate.com

Jay.mcgillicuddy@veranischoolofrealestate.com

pamela.dorji@veranischoolofrealestate.com

Please note that you must complete all of your pre-licensing classes before registering for the exam and scheduling an exam. Once you have completed the 40 total hours, you will receive an affidavit of completion from your VSRE instructor for you to copy (for your records) and submit to the NH Real Estate Commission with your test registration form.

Our VSRE calendar will be updated as soon as possible, but there are no scheduled classes starting or resuming this coming week of May 4th.

We have been told that you can schedule an in-person test in Townsend Mass at the H&R Block facility if you so choose. This is and any pre-scheduled testing dates and times are subject to change, so please verify before scheduling and driving down to Massachusetts or any other testing location.

We at VSRE wish you and yours a safe and happy stay at home and Thank You so much for your understanding during these difficult times.
