For the next 3 months it appears we will continue to be virtual. Technically we have 90 days post the governor’s lifting of the Covid Emergency order.
All of our 40 hour NH pre licensing courses are identified on our School Calendar as an Option number. For example if you register for OPTION # 1 you will notice Option # 1 Class # 1, Option # 1 Class # 2 and so forth. Each Option is comprised of 10 classes, each being 4 hours long and totalling 40 hours. You must complete all ten classes to obtain your certificate. While our classes are interchangeable and you do not have to start with class #1, attendance outside your selected Option is subject to space availability.
Many people ask about an excelled pace, that is very doable with our flexible schedule but the course load can be intense with required reading, homework and quizzes. Please visit our class calendar for scheduled classes.Read More
Wishing you all a very healthy and happy New Year!
At this point in time all of our NH Real Estate Pre-Licensing classes are being held virtually via the Zoom platform. We have several class starts, identified as Options, posted on our school calendar, that start in January 2021 including a weekend option. Our fee for the entire course remains the same and includes all course materials.
In March, the course fee will increase but will still include all course materials. Currently in-person classes are not proposed until Spring/Summer 2021 and that is contingent on the lifting of the governor’s emergency order.
Real Estate continues to be very active and there is no better time than now to take advantage of our low course rate by signing up today. Below are the sign up links, simply select your Option and get started today.

Based on the Governor’s orders we are converting all of our June and July scheduled pre-licensing classes to a Virtual Zoom format.
The classes as posted will remain the same as far as dates and times are concerned but instead of in-person they will be held virtually with LIVE INSTRUCTOR led training utilizing the Zoom platform. Zoom is free for students to use and the basic requirement is that they must have a device with a camera and microphone enabled so that the instructor can see and hear them at all times.
Interested in a career in real estate? Now you can get the training required from the comfort of your own home. For more details contact Monika McGillicuddy at 603-845-1250Read More
CoVid-19 and Your Real Estate Course
The Governor of New Hampshire has extended the Stay At Home order to the end of May.
At this time, the state of NH law prohibits online virtual classes for the real estate broker and salesperson pre-licensing real estate training. Though, NH State Law does allow, in the case of an emergency, a total of 8 hours or two classes to be conducted via correspondence. With this stated, the NH Real Estate Commission has stated that the CoVid-19 pandemic would be considered an emergency. The Governor has not issued any emergency approval that has been requested for real estate pre-licensing classes to be taught virtually at this point in time. Though, we are hopeful this will change in the near future.
The Verani School of Real Estate currently has Class#9 and #10 available for correspondence. For any students having these two classes left to complete, please reach out to your instructor via email if you are interested. In order to complete the class #9 and class #10 correspondence requirements, all accompanying material must be coordinated with your current instructor at the following email addresses:
Please note that you must complete all of your pre-licensing classes before registering for the exam and scheduling an exam. Once you have completed the 40 total hours, you will receive an affidavit of completion from your VSRE instructor for you to copy (for your records) and submit to the NH Real Estate Commission with your test registration form.
Our VSRE calendar will be updated as soon as possible, but there are no scheduled classes starting or resuming this coming week of May 4th.
We have been told that you can schedule an in person test in Townsend Mass at the H&R Block facility, if you so choose. This is and any pre-scheduled testing dates and times are subject to change, so please verify before scheduling and driving down to Massachusetts or any other testing location.
We at VSRE wish you and yours a safe and happy stay at home and Thank You so much for your understanding during these difficult times.Read More
As many of you know, New Hampshire is on a “Stay at Home” order from the Governor, with only essential businesses being allowed to operate. Real Estate pre-licensing education is not considered an essential business thus we have postponed all classes and are in the process of rescheduling for May and June. Thankfully, real estate sales itself is considered essential.
We are truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused and know how excited you all are to start your new career. However, your safety and that of your family, must come first.
We will be expediting some classes in May and June and that possibly will mean a combined class and in a larger location for some of you. Our calendar is in the process of being updated so please check it often.
Please bear with us as this is uncharted territory for us all and please feel free to reach out to me at email@example.com if you have any questions or concerns.
We are committed to ensuring the safety and health of our students, instructors and families. In response to the COVID-19 situation we immediately started following best practices recommended by local and federal authorities to minimize the risk of exposure.
However, after careful consideration, and to protect our students, instructors and families, we have decided to postpone our upcoming class starts to mid to late April and to postpone some of our current classes as well. Thus, classes that comply with Social Distancing may still be held but that can change at any moment. If a student would like to take classes at locations they are not registered for, please be sure to email your instructor so that they can confirm that the location has adequate social distancing.
The location of all our classes are within Verani Realty offices and while still available, they have been reduced to minimal staffing. It is thus imperative that all our students control their space by wiping down their individual space with disinfectants, before and after their classes.
To maintain social distancing, we ask that if you show any signs of illness or feel uncomfortable to please stay home and keep us updated.
The NH real estate testing services use HR Block sites and not official PSI sites and thus not all NH testing centers have closed have down. Those that are closed will remain so to at least mid-April. We are monitoring the situation carefully and continue to evaluate and respond to the evolving COVID-19 situation.
If you have an exam scheduled please call and confirm that your selected testing center is open. Please check the PSI site for updated information about the exam >>> PSI Closures Link and the NH Real Estate Commission website.
We will notify all our students if our schedule changes to reflect updated information. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
