Verani School of Real Estate Class Policy

Pay once attend as many classes as you need within your first 6 months.

At VSRE, enrolled students may take as many classes and review sessions, they feel they need to pass the NH Exam within 6 months of the start date of their first class. They must coordinate their post 40 hour class schedule with their instructor and all sessions are offered without additional fees within the six month window, with the exception of any fees associated with a required textbook update. We ask that all students attending sessions as a review be prepared to be fully engaged with the class and if the class is virtual that they also have their camera and mic enabled. Please be aware class terms can be canceled due to low enrollment so it is imperative that the student coordinate any attendance with their instructor. There is NO videotaping or recording allowed in any of our classes.

After six months up to a year from the start date of your original 40 hour VSRE pre-licensing course:

VSRE will discount the cost for the required 40 hour course from $365.00 to $265.00. If a new textbook edition needs to be purchased, there will be an additional $50 fee. Students will be required to complete all 40 hours including all of the real estate book’s chapters and the NH section reviews in order to receive a pre-licensing certificate. To take advantage of this, students must contact the school director. Payment is due via check or credit card in advance of the 1st class and is non-refundable. Beyond one year from the start date of your original pre-licensing class there shall be no discount offered.
