Massachusetts Real Estate License Reciprocity Course

Our Massachusetts Real Estate License Reciprocity class prepares the student for the Massachusetts state portion of the exam.

IF you have an Active real estate license from another state earned through examination (not reciprocity) you only need to pass the state portion of the MA Real Estate exam.
You will need a letter of Good Standing from your licensed state to apply for the exam.

Education is optional but recommended, given state law variations.

We offer a Live Class via Zoom and the Massachusetts Law Study book as well as multiple custom tests and word games to facilitate the learning process.
Our Class #9 and #10 covers the Massachusetts portion of the exam.

$200.00 for both classes. Fee includes the State Law ebook as well as study material.
$175.00 for just class #10.

Cancellation: Subject to a $25.00 handling fee. If class materials have already been provided an additional $50.00 fee will be charged to cover the non-refundable ebook.
