Real Estate Courses in New Hampshire
View & register for upcoming NH continuing education real estate classes
New Hampshire requires 15 hours of continuing education to maintain a real estate license. This requirement is within a 2 year period and includes a 3 hour NH approved CORE class and 12 Elective hours of approved courses. New licensees, those licensed after 2/1/2020 have additional class topic requirements to renew their license. Those topics include approved Post Licensing Agency, Disclosure, Contracts, and Ethics classes.
