New Hampshire Real Estate License Reciprocity Course

The NH Real Estate License Reciprocity Class prepares the student for the NH portion of the NH Real Estate exam.

If you hold an active real estate license in another state that was earned via a complete exam and not via reciprocity, you will just need to pass the state portion of the real estate exam. You will need a letter of good standing from the state you are licensed in to apply for the NH exam. Education is not required but suggested as laws vary from state to state.

The NH portion of the exam consists of 40+ questions and you will be allowed an hour and a half to complete the exam.

Included in the NH real estate license reciprocity class fee is our custom NH Study Guide which includes the NH PSI candidate bulletin, NH Contract and Disclosures package, NH RSA 331 A, NH REA and NH Chapter Laws. We offer multiple custom tests and word games to facilitate the learning process.

$100.00 | Class # 8 covers NH Disclosures and Contracts, Chapter Laws
$175.00 | Class # 9 covers NH Disclosures, NH RSA, NHREA, NH Chapter Laws and is the class most reciprocity folks attend

Discounted Fee of $200.00 for both classes #8 and #9 and all materials

Cancellation:  Subject to a $20.00 handling fee. If class materials have already been provided an additional $50.00 fee will be charged.
