Massachusetts Real Estate License Reciprocity Course

The MA Real Estate License Reciprocity Class prepares the student for the MA portion of the MA Real Estate exam.

If you have an active real estate license from another state earned through examination (not reciprocity), you only need to pass the state section of the MA real estate exam. You’ll need a letter of good standing from your licensed state to apply. Education is optional but recommended, given state law variations.

We offer a Massachusetts Law Study book as well as multiple custom tests and word games to facilitate the learning process.

$175.00 | Class #10 covers MA Real Estate and includes the MA Law ebook and exam questions.

Cancellation:  Subject to a $20.00 handling fee. If class materials have already been provided an additional $50.00 fee will be charged.
