Starting a new career in real estate begins at Verani School of Real Estate, where you will learn fundamental information such as industry terminology, ethics, real estate law, and transaction management. Our program will prepare you with the knowledge you need to obtain your New Hampshire real estate license. Once you complete the 40-hour program, you will qualify to take the New Hampshire Salesperson Exam. The Verani pre-license program includes simulated tests, quizzes, textbooks, and all the resources needed to prepare you for a successful real estate career. We also offer optional, complimentary career counseling and recruiter interviews.
