Our Commitment to You During COVID-19

We are committed to ensuring the safety and health of our students, instructors and families.  In response to the COVID-19 situation, we immediately started following best practices recommended by local and federal authorities to minimize the risk of exposure.

However, after careful consideration, and to protect our students, instructors and families, we have decided to postpone our upcoming class starts to mid to late April and to postpone some of our current classes as well.  Thus, classes that comply with Social Distancing may still be held but that can change at any moment. If a student would like to take classes at locations they are not registered for, please be sure to email your instructor so that they can confirm that the location has adequate social distancing.

The location of all our classes are within Verani Realty offices and while still available, they have been reduced to minimal staffing.  It is thus imperative that all our students control their space by wiping down their individual space with disinfectants, before and after their classes.

To maintain social distancing, we ask that if you show any signs of illness or feel uncomfortable to please stay home and keep us updated.

The NH real estate testing services use HR Block sites and not official PSI sites and thus not all NH testing centers have closed have down. Those that are closed will remain so to at least mid-April. We are monitoring the situation carefully and continue to evaluate and respond to the evolving COVID-19 situation.

If you have an exam scheduled please call and confirm that your selected testing center is open. Please check the PSI site for updated information about the exam >>> PSI Closures Link and the NH Real Estate Commission website.

We will notify all our students if our schedule changes to reflect updated information. If you have any questions or concerns please feel free to reach out to me.
